Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) contract is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides strategic technical, and program management advice, guidance and support services to CMS and all other HHS Operating Divisions to facilitate the modernization of business processes and supporting systems and their operations.  These systems will  include the Federal Healthcare Exchange and Medicare/Medicaid information technology systems.

Period of Performance: Ends 2/20/27

Available to: All components within Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and all Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions to procure IT System development services, from end to end.
