Mary Biear is an experienced management consulting executive with a proven track record for supporting client business strategies and designing, developing and implementing software solutions in both the commercial and public sector markets. In most recent years Mary has served as VP of Business Development for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) and VP of Federal Civilian consulting for Oracle Corporation. During her tenure she has directed several highly successful divisions in developing and delivering mission critical solutions. Mary’s experience in developing and delivering strategic solutions has been the results of her cultivating management buy in of her clients while exceeding customer goals and expectations.
Mark Garrison is Mackson’s Chief Technology Officer and has experience leading Mackson’s award winning application development efforts. Mark has full SDLC experience and is adept at managing projects from the strategic stages through implementation. In his career he has worked on many successful leading edge initiatives including mobile application development and GIS based programs. He has worked supporting DOD, DHS, HHS, U.S. Census Bureau, FDA and the Naval Research Laboratory. His projects have involved computer vision, augmented reality, automated behavior detection, mobile collaboration, systems integration and geospatial systems.
As a Sr. Technical Director, Mr. Knowlton has architected, , developed and optimized networking and computer systems for a variety of federal clients, including but not limited to, HHS, FDA, VA, NCI, USGS, and DHS.. As one of Mackson’s Sr. Architects he serves as a technical expert representative across teams, clients, and the information technology industry. He offers technical support across practice areas in offering definition, positioning and implementation of alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently with optimum results. . He has over 15 years of expertise in Oracle’s technology platforms and is considered an expert in the industry on Oracle best practices.
