Mackson provided day-to-day coordination and visibility on the implementation of AER’s selected Enterprise Management Tools. Which includes measuring and monitoring of program efforts against planned activities, communicating actual progress against planned goals. We performed IT assessment and review of business operations to determine fit for the business and level of appropriate security.
We performed overall network, application and database assessment of system security and provided results to AER. We worked in remediation planning to handle critical fixes and plan/schedule for non-critical fixes. Our Security and Accreditation professional on staff focused on developing security plans, risks and vulnerability assessments.
