Mackson’s work at the FDA involves both regulatory expertise and IT modernization for multiple centers. These include the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA), Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN), and the Office of Information Management (OIM). Our work on mission critical systems includes development of a mobile inspection system, modernization of the Adverse Events system, strategy planning, and execution of IT architecture improvements and program management oversight.

The Mackson management team has over a decade of experience serving the CMS on impactful mission critical initiatives. Our work in support of CCIIO provided program management support of key technology components to support the Marketplace. Our management consulting work at CCSQ has involved review and analysis of their applications as well as development of roadmaps to support key initiatives.

Mackson has led the modernization of existing systems as well as the development of new applications at HHS. Our work includes successful implementation of innovative technologies, which includes the design and development of HHS’s PSC GovZone and other Windows 8 and AWS initiatives.

Mackson has been supporting PTO in both software development and database management since its inception. This work has included database modernization, implementation, and operations and maintenance of production Patent and Trademark systems.   Our work in application development has supported key programs across the agency.

Mackson provided overall program management support, technical support, and other IT tasking to the Army Emergency Relief (AER) Agency. In this capacity, Mackson has provided the day-to-day coordination, oversight, and implementation of the Army Emergency Relief’s Enterprise Management Services work.

Mackson’s work at The National Cancer Institute (NCI) included full SDLC support and Management Consulting. In addition, our work involved application modernization in support of clinical trials reporting and program support.

Mackson provides Program Management Office and Enterprise Testing Support services to the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Our work has included Program Management requirements and general support for the Virtual Lifetime Electronic Record (VLER) system and the modernization of the VA electronic medical record system. In addition, we provide requirements gathering and IV & V services in support of Veterans Health Administration programs.

We have performed business case development efforts for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). This analysis work was the foundation for a larger review and selection process to select applications needed to support complex agency grant management processes.

Mackson provided database management activities in support of back office applications to Military Health Systems, now Defense Health Agency (MHS/DHA). This work in support of the Defense Health Services System (DHSS) Program Executive Office established IT Infrastructure Library-based processes. Work included support in data management, Informatica support, requirements gathering, change control management, documentation, information assurance, and security activities.

Mackson has provided programmatic and technical planning support to People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). This work included IT, strategic, and enterprise-wide support for their IT division. Mackson performed analysis and recommendations on PETA’s ERP initiative, including the development of the IT strategic plan, progress reporting, and 24/7 technical support for PETA websites. We have played a central role in requirements development for their HRIS tool, Websites, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
